Chef Alp, hosted our Christmas dinner. It was a family event for 12. He did an amazing job integrating with our event. Discreet yet friendly. It felt as if he was part of the event without crossing any lines. We communicated prior to the event and worked on a menu together. It was a mix of traditional Xmas dishes with a Mediterranean flair. His presentation was excellent. The family got to enjoy Xmas with no stress of cooking. Will be using him again for sure.

We tossed him a number of curveballs the day before and the day of (unintentionally!) -- our stove broke, and he was able to serve an unparalleled, 5+ course meal without a stove top. His creativity, patience and expertise were the highlight of the night and we will definitely be using him consistently for all our events moving forward. Couldn't emphasize his skill and kind disposition more. 12/10, and then more stars!
